Cornhole X League — Terms of Service

By playing Cornhole X League you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not play.

1. The game

Cornhole X League is a skill-based sports game. Online matches are wagers of circuit coins, a virtual currency, between players. Match outcomes are determined by player skill within a deterministic physics simulation, verified on our servers.

2. Virtual currency

• Circuit coins and all in-game items are licensed to you, not owned by you. They exist only inside Cornhole X League.
• Circuit coins have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be redeemed, cashed out, exchanged, sold, or converted into money or anything of value outside the game — by us or by anyone else.
• Coins cannot be transferred, gifted, or traded between accounts. Attempting to move coins between accounts (including by deliberately losing matches) is a violation of these terms.
• The single-player game uses a separate practice currency that never converts to or from circuit coins.
• We may change coin pack contents, item prices, faucet amounts, and other economy parameters at any time to keep the game fair and sustainable.
• Except where required by law, purchases of virtual currency are final. Refunds for accidental purchases are handled through Google Play's refund process.

3. Fair play

• Every online match is re-simulated and verified on our servers. The server's result is final.
• Modifying the client, fabricating match results, exploiting bugs for coins, colluding to transfer coins, or using automation to play is prohibited.
• Leaving a live match or letting the shot clock expire counts as a forfeit; the wagered ante goes to your opponent.
• We may reverse fraudulent transactions, remove ill-gotten coins or items, suspend, or permanently close accounts involved in cheating or economy abuse, without compensation.

4. Your account

• Accounts are tied to an anonymous device credential. Keep your device secure; anyone with your device can play as you.
• Display names must not be offensive, impersonate others, or contain personal information. We may rename accounts that violate this.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app; deletion is permanent and forfeits all coins, items, and standings without compensation.

5. Age

You must be at least 13 years old to play Cornhole X League.

6. Availability and changes

Cornhole X League is an online service. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the game or any feature at any time. We are not liable for loss of virtual currency, items, or standings resulting from service changes, outages, or discontinuation.

7. Disclaimers

The game is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the game is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
